The Colby by Picnic Time is a combination cheese board and serving tray with a hidden pull-out drawer. The board is made of eco-friendly rubberwood. The Colby measures 13.4" in diameter x 2" with the cutting board measuring 8.7" in diameter and having a groove along its edge to collect brine or juice from soft cheeses, olives, or cut fruits. The Colby's innovative design features a drawer that pulls out from the tray that houses three stainless steel cheese tools with rubberwood handles: 1 cheese spreader/serrated knife, 1 cheese fork, and 1 hard cheese knife.
